❖ How do I cancel my subscription?


Subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of current period. If you start free trial, you have to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period end, otherwise you will be charged for renewal. You can cancel your subscription from your iPhone. The steps are as following

   -Open the Settings app.
   -Tap your name.
   -Tap Subscriptions.
   -Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
   -Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won’t renew.

❖ How can I get a refund?


Unfortunately we do not manage your subscription and payments and we can not issue refunds. If you are not satisfied with our apps or services, we are sorry for not meeting your expectations.
Please note that, not all purchases are applicable for refund, however you can contact Apple customer support for refund.

❖ I can not import music into app from Apple Music, why?


You might face problems while imporing music into our apps from your Apple Muisc due to iCloud Muisc or DRM protection.

iCloud Music


If a song that you want to use appears dimmed or is marked as Unavailable, you have to download that song to the device you're using to make your movie. Use the Music app or iTunes to download songs from iCloud, or use the Finder or iTunes on your computer to sync songs from your music library.

Digital Rights Management (DRM) Protected


You can't use songs in our apps that are protected by digital rights management (DRM) or songs that you stream using an Apple Music subscription. Your song is DRM Protected since it was downloaded via Apple Music as in "its not your" you're just "renting" it. To use it you must buy it , to do so go to iTunes find the song and purchase it. After purchasing, you will have full control of the item and you can use the song with our apps.
